The businessmen who are interested in the buying and selling of real estate properties are known as real estate businessmen or real estate traders. The hard money lenders provide cash or money faster than the commercial banks or private institutions. Hard money lending can also be termed as asset based financing. The rates of interest of the hard money loans can be negotiated between the borrowers and the lenders.
